If you are looking for fun things to do this holiday season that don't involve photocopying your butt at your work office party, look no further. Well, you can look further and if you see more fun stuff, comment below to let me know. Here are a few events I have found that are family-friendly:

The zoo decorates with awesome Christmas lights and more--cost is $5 for members, $7 for non-members, free for children under 2

Pink Palace Enchanted Forest--cost is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and children, free for 2 and under

Court Square will be lit up for the holidays on Friday November 21 at 5pm

The day after Thanksgiving (Friday November 28) there is a tree lighting at the Peabody Hotel and you can watch the ducks walk while you're there (ducks do their thing twice a day every day)
The lighting ceremony for their tree is from 11am to 7pm It is free and open to the public. For information call: 901-529-4000

Friday November 28 at 5 pm there is a Christmas parade that runs down main street in downtown Memphis. fun fun:)
